Weekend of 15-16 May
The boys enjoyed another busy weekend with huge number of fun activities. A glorious Saturday saw a large number of families visit the school for our Open Day – the boys worked very hard to help out with the various activities and show round prospective boys and their parents.

Gardening Sixes
During open day afternoon on Saturday 15th May, a group of keen Sixes set to work in their gardens under the watchful eye of Miss Jones.

Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust Talk
On Friday 14th May, Lee Durrell and Hannah Gordon came to Ludgrove to talk about the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust and its work to save a huge number of species from extinction around the world.

Activities on Chapel Ground
With the sun desperately trying to stay out, the boys enjoyed a busy afternoon of activities on Thursday.

Road Closure 15 & 16 May
The level crossing on Easthampstead Road near our east drive is closed this weekend. This will affect people coming to the school from the M4.  Click READ MORE for an alternative route.

The March issue of The Ludgrovian is now available to download behind the parents' login.

IIIs at South Hill Park Art Gallery
On Thursday 29th April, III A went on an art trip to the South Hill Park art gallery in Bracknell. They are the first group of threes to visit the exhibition, which is entitled Play II.

Senior Music Competition
On Thursday 7th May, we held our inaugural senior invitation performance competition.

The Weekend 1-2 May
The boys enjoyed a busy, but bitterly cold, weekend and there were a huge amount of fun activities on offer.

IA Visit to the REME Museum
On Tuesday April 27th IA visited the REME Museum of Technology at Arborfield. They had a guided tour of the exhibits and a hands-on session on weaponry.

Music Performance Competition
We are holidng the inaugral senior invitation performance competition on Thursday 6th May at 6.30pm.

New M:Tech Project
This term’s M:Tech session have got underway this term with Pop and Rock being the project based activity. The boys have started their tracks to compose a pop / rock song.

Junior Woodwind Masterclass
The VIs were given their third instrumental workshop on Friday 30th April by Simon Carr, our woodwind teacher, who brought along his vast collection of instruments to give the boys an insight into the woodwind family.

Andrew Dalton Author Visit
On Thursday April 29th, Andrew Dalton - a master at Shrewsbury School - came to Ludgrove for the day to discuss being a writer and to talk about his trilogy of Malplaquet books.
