The plan is for the boys to run a total of 100 miles between them on a treadmill. I would hope that they should do this in under 12 hours;  if they run out of time, I will dust off my trainers and complete the deficit.

The boys were given the option to choose any charity and an overwhelming majority decided on GOSH. I fully endorse their choice as I am all too aware of the amazing work they do.
