The kitchen staff excelled themselves today roasting joints of beef to perfection to celebrate St George’s day on 23rd April.
Served with huge Yorkshire puddings - which many of the boys used as a bowl to hold their potatoes, roast vegetables and gravy - the beef was delicious. For pudding, everyone enjoyed an English trifle.
