The semi-finals were equally close with some excellent tennis being played by the Ansells and the Napiers. We had blue sky and sunshine all day with delicious coronation chicken followed by rice-paper tennis ball-themed pavlova for lunch on the front lawn.

There were 23 pairings and a well-fought plate competition which was won by team Holmes, who beat the Vickers in the final.
