The boys carried out investigations into the fly larvae’s negative phototaxic (light avoiding) behaviour, investigated and manipulated the pHs of several mystery solutions and successfully constructed a functioning loudspeaker from a magnet, wire, and paper.
The boys gave an excellent account of themselves and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
